I've been trying to post a new header sinceChristmas is coming but it won't load. I'm working on it as best I can.

Also, there is some news going around that Mickie is injured! Well, according to reports she hyperextended her elbow on the European tour. That's the reason she didn't do much in the RAW match this past Monday. WWE wants to make sure she gets better and doesn't hurt it more. So, Mickie, get well soon!

Survivor Series;

The match started out a little slow. After Kelly Kelly eliminated Victoria, Mickie James and Michelle McCool firing up the match facing off against each other. Mickie James and McCool traded two counts on bridge attempts, then McCool blocked a crucifix attempt and hit a legsweep for a two count. Mickie came back with a neckbreaker. Maria went in to break up the pin, Mickie moved and Maria accidentally hit McCool. Mickie hit McCool with a swinging DDT for the pin. Michelle McCool is eliminated. Mickie was distracted by Beth, allowing Maryse to roll up Mickie from behind for the pin. Mickie eliminated. Next eliminated was Natalya, followed by Jillian, Maria and then Candice. It came down to Beth and Maryse. Maryse went to the ropes and jumped, but Beth caught her. Maryse escaped but Beth reversed it into the GlamSlam for the win.

RAW Results;
Mickie and Candice teamed up with the returning Melina to face Beth, Jillian and Katie Lea. Mickie got in the ring at the last minute taking out Beth Pheonix with a Lou Thez Press off the top rope. The fight with Mickie and Beth then spilled to the outside. Melina took advantage of Katie Lea, nailing her with her leg split finisher for the win!

Tonights Raw saw Six Diva Tag action, with Mickie, Kelly and Candice teaming together against Jillian, Layla and Katie Lea. Mickie was tagged in after some double teaming action on Jillian from Candice and Mickie. Mickie took control of the match with head scissors from the corner. Double teaming on Mickie by Jillian and Layla. Mickie retains herself after the attack and takes it to Layla. Mickie quickly tags to Kelly as Katie Lea is tagged in on the opposing team. We then see Candice and Layla having it out on the outside, and Mickie thou thez-ing Jillian from the apron. Kelly Kelly hits the K2 on Katie Lea for the win.

Mickie’s in-ring celebration was cut short after Tazz announced her victory. The Diva Halloween Costume Contest quickly turned into a Divas brawl, as costume pieces flew around the ring. But it wasn’t long before Mickie was again celebrating her Halloween win with several of her Diva friends, such as Maria, who dressed in a bunny costume she crafted; Candice Michelle, who donned a blond wig and white dress as Marilyn Monroe; and Divas Champion Michelle McCool, who showed off her American pride as an Army girl.

The two-time champion is grateful for the WWE Universe’s votes, and said she hopes they enjoyed the Divas Halloween Costume Contest.

“Thank you, so very, very much. I’m very grateful and it means a lot to me,” she said.

As for why she chose to be Lara Croft, Mickie said she was a big fan of the video game and also loves Angelina Jolie in the Lara Croft role.

“Any girl who is empowered and goes out there and kicks you-know-what, I admire.”

Mickie appeared backstage in her sexy Lara Croft - Tomb Raider costume, urging all the fans to 'raid' WWE.com and vote for her.

In a Cyber Sunday event sure to leave the WWE Universe very pleased, the Divas will show off their creativity in a special WWE Diva Halloween Costume Contest. Whether or not these lovely ladies have tricks up their sleeves, the competition is sure to be a treat.

William Regal and Layla are sitting ringside, as Mickie James and Jamie Noble come out for some mixed tag action, against Beth Phoenix and Santino Marella. The ladies kicked things off. Mickie pounded away at the Glamazon after a Lou Thez Press. Beth quickly got to her man for the tag. Just as Santino was about to tap out to Noble's arm bar, Beth broke it up. Mickie charged at Beth with a dropkick, knocking the Glamazon onto the apron. Beth was able to get a hold of Noble's tights and distract him, as Santino rolled him up for a quick 3-count.

Santino high-tailed it out of the ring and through the crowd. Noble chased after him, with Regal not far behind. Noble flipped Regal over the guardrail into the front row. Regal came back at Noble and the two started to brawl. The ref restrained Regal as Mickie led Noble away from the ring. Click the link below to see the digitals.

After JBL lost his match to Batista, things for a little worse for him. Cryme Tyme appeared on the Titantron next to his prized limo. Cryme Tyme invited some of the Divas to dance into JBL's limo with them. Mickie James popped out of the limo roof and sang "Money, Money, Yeah, Yeah" with Cryme Tyme.

Cole announces that the winner of this match will face Candice Michelle at WWE No Mercy in a Women's Title match. Beth and Mickie lock up and Mickie ends up getting dropped on her throat and they go to the floor. Beth throws her into the steel ringpost and Mickie is down on the floor.



They go back in the ring now and Beth remains in control of the match. Mickie manages to counter a move but gets thrown by one arm off the top rope as Candice watches on. Mickie blocks a suplex by Beth and drops her with a neckbreaker.Mickie hits a hurrancanrana on Beth and tries to mount some offense.

Beth throws Mickie to the apron and gets her on the top rope. Beth slingshots Mickie to the mat with her head hitting hard. Beth covers for a pin as Candice looks on. Beth and Candice stare each other down as Candice stands up.

In this week’s Diva Dish, Mickie James hits the rink, Maryse proves she’s a star, Divas Champion Michelle McCool spends quality time with her family and Jillian wows her former schoolmates.

Mickie James fans, get Psych-ed! The Diva will be a guest star on the USA Network hit show Psych tonight at 10 p.m.

“My name is Rita Westwood, and I am roller derby chick. But, I’m also in a band of thieves, which are my roller derby partners-in-crime. That’s all I’m going to say. I don’t kiss and tell,” the Raw Diva teased about her role.

Mickie said she’s “super-psyched” for the opportunity to be a guest on Psych, and that she’s sure her roller skating skills won’t disappoint – she has a history in the rink.

“When I was younger, my mom worked at a roller rink, so I’d go all the time. I learned to skate pretty well. I won the limbo all the time. The fact that I’m so vertically challenged helped me win the limbo championships,” she laughed.

Mickie James was on the InsideSTL radio show out of St. Louis this morning and was questioned about being in porn pics back in the day, the ones from Legshow magazine.  The hosts question her, and her response is pretty classic, and she stumbles all around the question.  The radio show can be heard at this link.

WWE Diva Mickie James Slams Into ‘Psych’

Calling all wrassling fans!

Tomorrow night’s installment of Psych is a female-friendly, sports-driven episode called “Talk Derby to Me.” The main plot revolves around a perplexing series of robberies that cause Maggie Lawson’s Detective Juliet O’Hara to go undercover by joining a roller derby team. Check her out looking lean and mean in the top photo.

Although the lovely athletic ladies at the center of the action don roller skates — and lots of knee and elbow pads, I’m sure — to battle each other in the ring, the top-billed guest star actually hails from the world of professional wrestling. She is current Monday Night Raw WWE Diva Mickie James, who plays a character with the scary moniker Lethal Weapon (love the movie, too, by the way).

To help promote her first guest acting role on a scripted television show, Mickie kindly participated in an interview about her appearance earlier this week. After revealing that series star and huge wrestling fan James Roday (Shawn Spencer) requested her when he learned about the episode’s storyline (lucky woman!), the down-to-earth Diva talks about:

Mickie James, Maggie Lawson/Psych 3.7• Spending so much time on skates (not a big deal since she had prior exposure through her mom’s former job at Skateland)

• Learning how to fall properly from Vancouver’s roller derby team (the training wasn’t really needed in the long run since she didn’t fall)

• The difference between acting on-camera with a predetermined script (Psych) and acting live without a script (Monday Night RAW or similar to an improvised show like Reno 911!)

Interestingly enough, the one thing that doesn’t surprise me at all is Mickie’s confirmation that James and Dulé Hill (Burton “Gus” Guster) are just as much of a hoot together off-screen as they are on-screen.

According to her, “[T]hose two are characters. They were cutting up the whole time, and it was so hard to keep a straight face a lot of the time because they had me laughing a lot. They were giving me, definitely, a run for my money because we were just joking around the whole time.”

For some reason, it makes me feel great to know my two favorite BFFs on TV have a similar rapport in real life. I knew they couldn’t be faking all of that camaraderie, and after a week off, we’ll be seeing more of it during “Talk Derby to Me.”

Psych airs Fridays on USA at 10pm EST.

Back from commercial and Jillian Hall breaks out in her horrible version of Nelly’s “Hot in Here.” Jerry Lawler said Nelly must be rolling over in his grave and Cole corrected him, mentioning that Nelly is very much alive. Thankfully Mickie’s music hits and out she comes followed by Kelly Kelly. Next out is the WWE Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix who joins Katie and Jillian in the ring. Beth gets on the mic and addresses Randy Orton, saying she is the most talented Diva to ever step in the ring. Candice Michelle’s music hits and out comes the returning Diva!

Kelly and Katie Lea start the match with Katie throwing her to the mat and getting an early 1 count. Kelly kicks Katie in the ribs and backs her in the corner, tagging in Mickie. Mickie comes off the top with a Thesz Press and gets a 2 count on Katie.

Jillian gets tagged in and they double team Mickie until she kicks them off. Beth grabs Mickie and she and Jillian drop Mickie on the mat. Jillian tags in Beth who comes in and hits a big slingshot suplex on Mickie for a 2 count. Beth throws Mickie in the corner and distracts the ref so the other Divas can work her over. Katie gets tagged in and punishes Mickie some more.

Jillian and Katie try to double team Mickie but she kicks Katie out of the ring and hits a neckbreaker on Jillian. Beth gets tagged in but so does Candice. Candice looks kind of excited and hits some kicks and punches on Beth. She botches a head scissor move and a turnbuckle ove. Candice gets on top of Beth and hits her with more sloppy kicks and stomps. Candice climbs the top turnbuckle but Jillian and Katie try to stall her. Candice leaps onto Beth but gets caught up in her finisher. Candice counters the finisher and manages to roll Beth up for the win.

Winners: Candice Michelle, Mickie James and Kelly Kelly

Mickie and Jillian start the match off with Jillian taking her down first. Mickie hits a dropkick and covers Jillian for a quick 2 count. Katie Lea tags herself in but gets caught with Jillian in a double head scissors. Mickie covers Katie for a 2 count and tags in Kelly Kelly who comes in for a 2 count on Katie.
Kelly counters a few of Katie's moves and hits a big hurrancanrana. She ends up on Katie's shoulders when Jillian gets tagged in. Jillian knocks Kelly to the mat and gets a 2 count. Jillian puts her knee in Kelly's back and applies the pressure. Jillian then stands on Kelly's hair and stretches her body. Katie Lea gets tagged back in and goes to work on Kelly.
Katie throws Kelly into the turnbuckle and tags back in Jillian who throws Kelly by her hair again. Jillian takes a cheap shot at Mickie and knocks her down. Mickie comes in ut the ref stops her and doesn't see Jillian pin Kelly. Kelly counters Jillian's flip move with a knee. Katie Lea and Mickie come in at the same time. Mickie takes Katie off her feet with her usual high impact moves and a kick to the head. She pulls Jillian in the ring by her hair and cleans house of both Divas. Mickie hits Katie with forearm shots and hits a neckbreaker for a 2 count as Jillian makes the save.
Kelly comes in and they double dropkick Jillian. Katie comes from behind and rolls Mickie up for a 2 count as Kelly goes outside with Jillian. Mickie gets up and nails her DDT finisher on Katie Lea for the pinfall and the win.

Mickie works to mount offense. Beth whips Mickie off the ropes. Mickie hits a dropkick to the knee of Beth. Mickie gets a cover for a one count.

Santino is tagged in. He goes after Mickie but she pokes him in the eye. Mickie takes Santino down. Tag from Mickie as Kofi hits a cross body off the top rope. Kofi whips Marella in the corner, gets on him and delivers right hands. Kofi sends Santino to the outside with an uppercut. Beth talks crap to Santino on the outside as Mickie knocks her to the outside. Kofi teases a swan dive out of the ring as Beth and Marella argue. Santino jumps in Beth's arms.

Santino finally builds offense but not for long as Kofi counters. Beth is tagged in. She goes to work with kicks on Kofi Kingston. Marella gets tagged in and hits a snap suplex on Kofi. Marella locks in a submission hold on Kofi. Kofi gets to his feet but Santino tags in Beth. Santino and Kofi butted heads. Mickie is tagged in. Mickie goes to work on Beth.

Mickie takes it too Beth and knocks Santino off the apron. Hurricanrana from Mickie on Beth. Mickie goes to the top and right on Beth. Mickie goes for the counter as Santino makes the save. Kofi gets in but flips over the top to the outside. Mickie hits her DDT on Santino. This allows Beth to go to work on Mickie. Beth lands her finisher and gets the three count on Mickie James.

Santino took the mic and said they need to send a message to Kofi and Mickie for the Summerslam winner-take-all match. Santino said he wanted her to do that thing where she quashes her, but Mickie and Kofi ran to the ring to make the save. Santino casually slipped out of the ring with Beth and said they’ll settle this at Summerslam. Santino then suggested him in a match here right now. Kofi accepted the challenge, then Santino said he meant Mickie. See, he needs practice for Summerslam on when and where he can put his hands. Mickie wasn’t amused and Kofi tried to defend her, but Santino played the “hometown” card to goat Mickie into accepting the challenge against Kofi’s judgment.

2 — Women’s champion MICKIE JAMES (w/IC champion Kofi Kingston) vs. SANTINO MARELLA (w/Beth Phoenix)

This was so great to start off with Mickie matching Santino move-for-move in a game of can-you-top-this? Santino then smashed Mickie hard to the mat and went for the big knee drop, but Mickie moved in time. Santino feigned a knee injury, but Mickie showed no sympathy and went on the attack. Kofi then accidentally ran interference, allowing Beth to sneak into the ring and send Mickie hard into the ringpost. Santino took advantage with a roll-up for like a four count to secure the pin. Afterward, Santino celebrated ringside in classic Santino-wins-the-Super-Bowl fashion while taunting Mickie’s parents in the process. Meanwhile, Mickie and Kofi tried to re-collect themselves in the ring.

WINNER: Santino in 3:00

WWE Women's Title Match: Mickie James vs. Katie Lea
The WWE Women's Champion Mickie James makes her way to the ring as Katie Lea scatters and we go to commercial break.

Back from commercial and Mickie and Katie are going at it in the ring with Mickie in control. Mickie hits a nasty dropkick to the face on Katie which sends her outside to the floor. Mickie dives off the apron and tackles Katie on the outside. Katie manages to drop Mickie by her hair on the ropes and take control of the match. Katie rolls up Mickie but only gets a 2 count.

Katie kicks Mickie in the back of the head and applies a bow-and-arrow submission move as the ref checks Mickie. Mickie rolls out of it and pins Katie for a 2 count. Mickie catches Katie in the head scissors take down followed by a big elbow. Mickie with another neckbreaker and another close 2 count.

Katie counters and hits a nice bridge suplex for another close 2 count. Katie goes for some kind of finisher but Mickie counters it with her signature DDT and gets the pinfall and the win on Katie Lea.

Winner: Mickie James

After the match, Mickie is celebrating in the ring when Beth Phoenix comes in and lays her out. Beth takes her to the floor and works her over. They go back in the ring and Mickie starts to fight back but Phoenix catches her and slams her face first on the mat. The Glamazon's music hits and she poses in the ring as Santino Marella comes to the entrance ramp. Beth walks up the ramp, smiling at Santino. She grabs his ass and turns around to pose again. Santino noly touches her ass and turns back around to face the crowd. They keep their little flirting game going on as we go back to Cole.

Mickie ran down to the ring where at ringside was her own father whom she gave a nice hug to before getting into the ring. JR says that this match is a non-title bout. Jillian catches Mickie off the ropes and catches an early 2 count on the Champion. Jillian pulls Mickie's hair as the ref makes his count and she breaks the hold. Jillian hits a cartwheel move in the corner on Mickie and another 2 count.Mickie gets back to her feet and unloads with a series of moves and kicks on Jillian. Mickie hits her signature DDT on Jillian and gets the pinfall for the win. After the match, Mickie goes to hug her dad at ringside. Katie Lea runs up and attacks Mickie from behind and lays her out. Katie goes to the entranceway where Paul Burchill is. She says that what she did was for the new General Manager and announces herself as the future Women's Champion and Paul Burchill as the future IC Champion. Mickie and Katie trade looks as we go to the SmackDown Rebound and commercial.

Mickie James and Kofi Kingston vs. Paul Burchill and Katie Lea
The WWE Women's Champion Mickie James makes her way to the ring first for this inter gender tag team match. Out next is the WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston. The pair of WWE title holders wait in the ring as the duo of Paul and Katie Lea Burchill make their way to the ring.

Mickie and Katie start the match off first with the two brawling. Katie catches Mickie but Mickie manages to hit a nice hurrancanrana. Burchill tries to interfere and Mickie slaps him in the face on the apron. Out of nowhere, Kofi Kingston flies in the ring and attacks Burchill until the referee breaks everything up. Kofi and Paul go at it in the ring now with Kofi hitting a series of kicks and getting a 1 count when Katie Lea comes in.

Katie starts something with Kofi as Paul attacks from behind. Burchill takes Kofi to the mat and goes to work on his knees as Mickie and Katie watch on. Kofi manages to counter Burchill and roll him up for a 2 count. Kofi hits Paul in the corner with a series of right hands as Mickie knocks Katie to the floor and they go at it. Burchill throws Mickie off Katie. Kofi comes to help but kicks the steel post as Burchill ducks. They go back in the ring and Burchill continues working on Kofi's legs, hits a neckbreaker and pins Kofi for the win.

Yes!! It is the real Mickie James... And yes!! I am now a proud member of WWE Fan Nation. F irst off I would like to thank all of my fans for your support and kind words. It means a lot to me and I truly appreciate it. You have to forgive me as I am certainly not the most computer savvy person in the world and I have just started this whole Fan Nation. Also I am not much of a blogger and the task of reading over 1500 emails and the posts was a task in itself. LOL!

Since this is my very first Blog... I figured it best to go ahead and make some rules for my board. I think its important that we all remember that there are many little eyes and ears that see hear and imitate everything we do. We must all be aware of that and keep it in mind. You are free to express yourself however you want but just please keep your language and remarks clean on the board. Also I wanted to reserve my email for serious questions in order to restart the ASK MICKIE advice column. So if your just writing to say hi than just do so on the board. It just makes it easier for me... Thank you..

Whew!! Now with that out of the way I think we can move on are able answer the questions in my emails and original posts. This is fairly easy since most everyones questions were similar. Ok so here we go...

It was and honor to start in a major program with Trish Stratus. We are still wonderful friends and she taught me a lot about the world of WWE. For those of you who don’t know she opened a beautiful yoga studio in toronto called Stratusphere. She also hosts a travel show in Canada. So yes she is doing very well.. As far as continuing to do the Stratusfaction or Chick Kick I think that it was fun to do them while we were feuding they are her moves. I never wanted to be the next Trish Stratus... I’ve just wanted to be the first Mickie James. Also just so everyone knows I did like the kiss with Trish but I don’t see me kissing any of the other divas. It was kind of like that song out right now.

Next I do have tons of events coming up and I will do my best to update my calender to keep you all posted. Also I personally don’t and have Never had a myspace or facebook. So if you spoke with me via either of these avenues than I can assure you it wasn’t me. I am sorry that people do that. This is my first thing like any of that. I know that WWE has and official facebook for me but I have only heard about it.

Now lastly many of you all want to now what exactly is going on between John and myself. Like I said before a true lady doesn’t kiss and tell. But what I will tell you is this. The truth is we have really become great friends. He is truly an amazing man. Like no one I have ever known and I am grateful to have him in my life. When you step into this crazy world you soon find that the genuine people are few and far between. He is Real... I adore him for that...

Got more info about Mickie's cameo appearance on the new series of Psych - she's in Episode 6, playing a roller derby girl. It's being shown on the USA Network on August 22nd at 10pm ET/9pm CT.

I will be watching one particular episode of it’s upcoming third season… Why? Because our very own Women’s Champion, Mickie James will be making a guest appearance this season! I don’t know about you, but given Mickie’s psycho portrayal in 2006, I’d say M to tha J would be a pretty good fit for this dramedy! I mean come on, “dramedy” could be psycho Mickie’s middle name!

Mickie’s guest appearance was made possible since both Monday Night Raw and Psych air on USA, seems like Bonnie Hammer is trying to cross-promote her top rated shows! Hey Bonnie, how about you get the Divas on The Starter Wife? I think the world might just explode if we got Mickie and Grace from Will & Grace on the same screen!

Pretty cool, right? It’s unknown when Mickie’s episode will air but Psych returns for a 16 episode third season from July 18th on USA. I'll let you know when I find out the episode Mickie stars in.

Mickie James vs. Katie Lea

The WWE Women's Champion Mickie James is out first followed by Katie Lea with her brother Paul Burchill in this rematch from Night of Champions.

The Divas lock up with Mickie getting an early 2 count followed by another close call. Katie throws Mickie to the apron and pulls her to the center of the ring by her hair. Katie covers Mickie for a 2 count and continues to keep her on the mat with a chin lock.

Mickie gets back to her feet but gets her modified neck breaker countered by Katie Lea. Katie gets another 2 count. Katie takes Mickie back to the mat with another chin lock, keeping her grounded. They end up on the top turnbuckle with Mickie hitting a hurrancanrana.

Mickie James goes back up to the top rope and hits the Thesz Press on Katie Lea, holding the legs for the pinfall and the win.

Winner: Mickie James

After the match, Paul Burchill enters the ring and holds Mickie James. Katie Lea takes the Women's Title and starts working over Mickie. Kofi Kingston hits the ring and chases off Paul and Katie to the entrance way. Kofi takes off his warm-ups and looks to challenge Paul to a match. We go to commercial.

Kofi Kingston vs. Paul Burchill

Back from commercial and we have an impromptu Intercontinental Title match. Kofi and Paul are going at it hard. Kofi comes off the top rope with a move and gets a 2 count on Burchill. Kofi with a big hip toss on Paul and another 2 count.

Kofi and Paul spend a lot of time locked up and Kofi now grounds Burchill to the mat with an arm lock. They tie up again and go back into the corner. Paul catches Kofi off the top rope and kicks him in the stomach to take control of the match. Burchill works over Kofi and gets a 2 count.

Kofi breaks free but gets caught off the ropes and dropped on the mat by Paul. Big knee drop by Paul for another 2 count. Burchill gets yet another 2 count as Mickie James and Katie Lea look on from ringside. Kofi catches Paul in the corner with two boots and starts to fight back with kicks and right hands. Kofi nails a forearm off the ropes followed by a dropkick and a drop toe hold to take back control of the match.

Kofi hits his big leg drop on Burchill who is laid out in the center of the ring. Katie Lea gets up on the apron but Mickie James pulls her down and they fight at ringside. Kofi hits his spin kick on Burchill to get the pinfall and the win. After the match, Mickie and Kofi celebrate in the ring.

Mickie kept herself on the Power 25 this week and she even rose up by one.

The womens champion picked up a win in tag team action with Raw's newest Diva, Kelly Kelly. After beating Katie Lea at Night Of Champions, we wonder what is next for Mickie James.

Raw’s newest Diva
Monday nights have just gotten even hotter. Kelly Kelly joined the Raw Divas roster this week and picked up a tag team win with Women’s Champion Mickie James.

“I’m really, really excited for my Raw debut,” she said before her debut win. “I think it’s an amazing opportunity. Our fans who haven’t seen me before will see me now. I’m really, really excited about it.”

Kelly Kelly couldn’t wait to join the Women’s Champion in the ring on Monday night.

“Mickie’s amazing. I know I’m going to learn a lot from her. Hopefully she’ll take me under her wing and teach me a few things,” Kelly Kelly said.

Who could have guessed that a small town girl growing up on a horse farm would become a four-time WWE Women’s Champion?

Mickie James never put all her eggs in one basket, as she prepared for careers in sports-entertainment as well as in horse training and business, but in October 2005, the future champion was able to step away from the stables and into the squared circle.

Growing up in Virginia, Mickie watched wrestling whenever it was on TV. Raw, with Nitro during commercials, occupied her family’s Monday nights. Her love for sports-entertainment was so evident, one of her friends put her in touch with a wrestling school in Washington D.C.

Mickie took her knowledge of WWE and her experience in martial arts and drove two and a half hours to attend the training facility.

“I went to check it out, fell in love, signed up, and I’ve been doing it ever since,” she said. “That was 10 years ago, come November.”

Shortly after, she drove even further to attend a school in Maryland, where she was exposed to specialized wrestling camps.

“I bugged the crap out of WWE,” she admitted. It paid off when the company signed her in August 2003, enlisting her on the Ohio Valley Wrestling roster and prompting Mickie to move to Louisville, Ky.

Knowing she needed something to fall back on if her wrestling dream didn’t come through, Mickie worked toward an associate degree in business administration. Coincidentally, her first day of classes was also her television debut on Raw.

“Nobody – unless you’re the ‘Nature Boy’ Ric Flair – can do this forever, and I realize that,” she said.

After completing her associate degree, she decided she’s made it this far; she might as well take a few more classes and earn her bachelor's degree, which she completed in operations management. She has no immediate plans to go back to school for a master's degree, but considers her time with WWE experience enough to make her an expert in the field.

Despite the way her life turned out, Mickie was most prepared for a career in equestrian training.

“Since I was a little girl, I wanted to train horses. Horses are my other passion. I drove myself for that and wrestling was my escape.”

At one time, her family’s farm housed as many as 27 horses. Mickie would take care of them by cleaning the stalls, riding them and training them. She owned a horse named Rhapsody when she turned 11 and has since added two more – Casanova and Bunny.

“Every time I’m home, I try to go to the farm,” she said. “It’s a relief just to get back and relax.”

In addition to enjoying spending time with her family, Mickie has made a strong effort to return home to learn more about her Native American roots.

“I’ve been talking to people who are closer to the heritage,” she said. “I’m just trying to get back in touch with the spiritual part of it.”

As a member of the Powhatan tribe, Mickie attended powwows and has learned some of the dances that go along with the tradition. Her great uncle served as medicine man of the tribe.

“It was so much simpler for them to trust themselves and be intuitive and follow their own path because they weren’t distracted by modern stuff like cars and music,” Mickie said, recalling the family’s past. “They had to entertain themselves. I just find it very fascinating and I wish I knew more about it, so I’m on this path to gain a better understanding. It’s a part of me.”

Mickie considers herself a very spiritual person and she plans on becoming more involved after allowing herself stray a bit from her heritage with everything going on in her life.

Moving away from home allowed Mickie to break out of her shell. She described herself as a shy kid. Even still, she says she is more conservative than most people are led to believe.

“I was just very uncomfortable in my own skin,” she said. “I was very much a nerd, too, until I turned 16 and boys became a factor and I was allowed to go on a date.”

Part of her period of “going crazy” after moving out included getting inked. She got a tattoo of the Chinese symbol for love on her ankle while her boyfriend at the time got the symbol for eternity. Later on, Mickie added a dragon to her lower leg, wrapping around the Chinese mark.

“I got it to protect my love,” she explained. “She wraps around and goes through it and down my foot.”

Mickie joked that she has been very good at finding Mr. Wrong, but added, “I believe that each person in your life – you’re meant to meet that person whether they’re right for you forever or for just that moment. There are valuable lessons to be learned in order to find your own sense of purpose and what you want out of life.”

With everything going on at once, Mickie has still managed to make time to work on her fashion line, which she hopes to take off in the near future and serve as a branch to another new avenue in her life.

To call Mickie’s achievements admirable would be an understatement as she has become the poster girl for doing what you love and excelling. From her work with horses and school to fashion and sports-entertainment, she has followed each and every one of her dreams and they have led her to a world of success, happiness and the possession of WWE’s top prize, four times and counting.

We cut to John Cena who is talking to Mickie James in the hallway. Kelly Kelly walks up and says its time for our tag match. Mickie tells Cena that Kelly Kelly is the newest RAW Diva. Cena asks if Teddy Long let her out of her ECW contract and she asks if we have contracts? Mickie and Kelly walk off to the ring as we go back to commercial.

Layla and Jillian vs. Kelly Kelly and Mickie James

Back from commercial and Jillian Hall is in the ring with Layla. Jillian breaks out in her horrible song when Kelly Kelly's music hits and out she comes, now a part of the RAW roster. Out next is the WWE Women's Champion Mickie James.

Mickie and Jillian start it out with Mickie getting an early 2 count after some take downs. Jillian kicks Mickie in the stomach, bounces her off the ropes but gets caught by a kick to the knees and another. Mickie knocks Layla off the apron. Kelly gets tagged right in and gets a 2 count on Jillian. Kelly does a head scissors take down on Jillian then a hurrancanrana for another 2 count.

Jillian tries to dump Kelly to the floor but she hangs on. Layla pushes Kelly to the floor and Jillian goes outside to bring her back in. Jillian throws Kelly by her hair and gets another 2 count. Jillian freaks out at that and puts her foot in Kelly's back, applying the pressure. Jillian continues to dominate the match until she misses a cartwheel in the corner and Kelly hits a Victory Roll for the pinfall and the win.

Back from commercial and the WWE Women's Champion Mickie James makes her way to the ring after we see a recap of CM Punk's big win. Out next is Jillian Hall who is singing horribly.

Jillian gets in the ring and keeps on singing. Mickie goes at her and makes her roll out fo the ring. Mickie with a few kicks on the apron and a hurrancanrana on the floor. Cole mentions the Women's Title is not on the line tonight. Back in the ring and Jillian has control of the match, working on Mickie's shoulder that they say is injured.

Mickie fights back out of the corner but gets dropped again by Jillian who gets a 2 count. Jillian misses a big move and Mickie counters with a kick and a slam of her own. Jillian kicks Mickie in her hurt shoulder again and takes back control for a minute. Mickie counters an attack in the corner and drops Jillian with a roundhouse kick to the jaw, pinning her for the win.

WWE Fan Nation had a live interview with John Cena today before NOC, one fan asked: "First of all, good luck tonight! I love you, and I know your going to win. If you could pick one thing in your life to live over again, what would it be, and why?"

Cena replied: "My relationship with Mickie James because it was over much too soon."

Awwww! How sweet! So that means they were dating! He's so cute. Hopefully, Mickie will see this and they can get back together! They were sooo cute together!

DALLAS – At Night of Champions, amidst an electrified capacity crowd in the American Airlines Center, heroic Women’s Champion Mickie James outfought the cunning Katie Lea Burchill to successfully retain her title.

Since achieving the seemingly impossible last April, taking the coveted gold from The Glamazon Beth Phoenix, James has asserted herself as a champion that has every intention of staying on top. But in recent weeks, newcomer Katie Lea threatened to cut those plans short before they could truly get started, pinning the four-time Women’s Champion in tag team action on two separate occasions. Although this instantly propelled her into championship contention, when the smoke cleared, the fierce-fighting Brit could not get it done in singles competition.

This fast-paced match between two of the Sexiest Women on Television was a battle of skill as worthy as the prestigious championship gold that hung in the balance. After suffering a devastating shoulder injury, which the ruthless Katie Lea exploited beyond the limits, Mickie found the inner strength inside herself and sealed the smug challenger’s fate with a climatic DDT. 

Mickie James might have been standing tall at the end of the night, but with the WWE 2008 Draft raising the bar of explosive competition, there is no telling what challenge Katie Lea or any other Diva will have in store for Women’s Champion Mickie James on Raw.

Jack Doan calls for the bell and we're underway. Katie Lea gets a quick backslide and a couple of one counts. Michael Cole teases that Katie might be in Mickie's head with two pinfall victories. They do some spots on the mat before Mickie gets a roll-up bridge for a one count. Mickie works over the challenger with her arsenal. Mickie goes to the top rope but Katie goes to the outside to regroup. Mickie jumps down and calls her back to the ring. Katie gets back in and gets a quick cover off a distraction from Paul Burchill. Big baseball slide in the ring from Mickie onto Katie Lea. Katie goes back to the outside. Back in quick as she hits an arm bar suplex. Katie stomps Mickie James who is on the mat. Mickie gets back to her feet only for Katie to mount more offense. Katie throws Mickie shoulder first into the turnbuckles, Mickie sells on the mat. Paul Burchill screams from ringside as Katie gets a two count. Burchill tells Katie Lea to rip Mickie's arm off as she applies an arm submission hold on the mat. Mickie gets back to her feet and takes out Katie Lea. She hammers away with right hands. Arm drag take down from Katie Lea to a quick one count. Katie attacks Mickie in the corner and throws her to the opposite. Mickie counters with a kick and a hurricanrana. Mickie hits a clothesline as she sells her left arm. Mickie gets a cover for a two count. She goes for her DDT but she ends up getting caught in a submission maneuver on her arm. Mickie tries to get out but Katie applies it again. They've lost the crowd as Katie Lea works on Mickie. She goes for a suplex and eats the tornado DDT. Three count from Mickie to retain.

Backstage we see WWE Women's Champion Mickie James and Melina walking to the ring, giving each other some love as we go back to commercial.

Mickie James and Melina vs. Natalya Neidhart and Victoria
This match is an Announcers Draft only match. Mickie and Melina come out first followed by Victoria and Natalya, who are wearing their BFF shirts. Natalya and Melina start the match off first.
Natalya bullies Melina until she catches a big right hand in the eye. Natalya with a big powerslam and a 2 count on Melina. Victoria gets tagged in and starts kicking Melina in the head, throwing her in the turnbuckle and working on her mid section. Victoria continues to dominate Melina until Melina kicks her in the face and splashes her off the ropes for a 2 count.
Melina climbs the top rope but gets pushed off to the floor by Victoria. Melina lays on the floor, looking like she really hurt her ankle. Mickie protects her as officials start to come down. Victoria flies out of the ring, attacking Mickie and Melina. Natalya comes over here and the Divas brawl as Melina still lays on the floor. The referee rules this match a double DQ and says both RAW and SmackDown get a Draft pick.

Winners: DOUBLE DQ

Mickie has gotten a new, gorgeous shoot released today entitle Sunny. Mickie looks gorgeous. This shoot is worth a look.

WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James has held her title since April, defeating numerous opponents and showing the world why she deserves to be a four-time Women’s Champion. At Night of Champions, James will defend her title against Katie Lea Burchill, who – along with her brother Paul – has been introducing the Raw roster to their smashmouth brand of competition for the past two months.

On April 18, Mickie James won the WWE Women’s Championship by defeating a Diva who many thought to be an unbeatable opponent, Beth Phoenix. Proving that size and strength weren’t everything, James took down The Glamazon, and has managed to hold the powerful competitor at bay for the past two months.

At around the same time, the Burchill siblings made their Raw debut. Initially, Paul did most of the fighting, but in recent weeks Katie Lea has proven that she is more than proficient in the ring. While partnered with Beth Phoenix in a tag match against Mickie James and Melina, Katie Lea even did what The Glamazon could not, pinning James for the win. Katie Lea even went on to pin the current Women’s Champion again during an intergender tag match.

Mickie James struggled long and hard to reclaim the WWE Women’s Championship, and now she is being forced to face a Diva who has already pinned her twice in the past. At Night of Champions, will James be able to retain her title, or will Katie Lea Burchill walk away as the new WWE Women’s Champion?

Womens's Champion Mickie James & Kennedy Vs katie Lea & Paul Burchill

In-ring: Katie Lea and Paul Burchill were already in the ring for a mixed tag match. Mickie James came out as one-half of the opposition, followed by Mr. Kennedy as her partner.

Burchill wanted a piece of Kennedy to start things off, but Kennedy provided a boot to the head early on for a nearfall. Katie then tagged herself in and stared down Kennedy. Mickie entered and provided the slap on Katie that set off a divas brawl. Katie cut off Mickie with a knee to the gut, but Mickie came back with a series of flying clotheslines. Mickie wanted the top rope Thesz Press, but Katie moved and caught Mickie with a backbreaker across her knees for the pin and the win.

WINNERS: Katie & Burchill in 4:00.

With Beth Phoenix apparently MIA, it looks like we're getting Mickie vs. Katie at Night of Champions. Could be a strong Women's Title match. A move to Smackdown for Beth to dominate the Smackdown Women's division could be in order. Fine mixed tag match with the crowd hot again.

Back from commercial and the WWE Women's Champion Mickie James is making her way to the ring. We see a blurb on the screen saying that Vince will give away more money right after this match. Next, The Glamazon makes her way to the ring.
Beth overpowers Mickie to start the match but the Champ comes right back only to get knocked back down. Beth catches Mickie in a big tilt-a-whirl slam and gets a 1 count. Beth stomps and kicks on Mickie, picking her up, bouncing her off the ropes and dropping her with a big suplex. A 2 count by Beth Phoenix.
Beth continues to dominate Mickie, dropping her back over her knee. Mickie fights back with a nice head scissors take down. Mickie and Beth trade blows in the center of the ring. Mickie comes back with a dropkick to the face and a 2 count on The Glamazon. Mickie comes off the top rope with the Thesz Press and gets the pinfall and the win.

After the match, Beth attacks Mickie from the back until Melina comes in for the rescue. Melina unleashes on Beth and slams her from the top rope. Melina makes her exit from the ring as Beth looks on.

Babyface Melina will take some getting used to. She has a bad back courtesy of Beth's submission from last night. Katie jumps Mickie and gets an arm ringer. They counter a little standing and Mickie gets the Mickiecanrana out of the corner. Melina is too distracted by Beth across the ring to get a tag. Beth gets a tag. Melina is channelling some bad memory over there. She DEMANDS a tag and Mickie gets her in there. Melina goes NUTS wildly striking at Beth until they fall out of the ring. She tries to get some more of Beth but gets laid out with a huge clothesline on the floor. Melina gets bounced back first off the apron. Her right n*ppple slips out and is clearly exposed. We're backstage with Mickie James when John Cena walk up. Mickie and Cena talk about how they can't be friends without everyone thinking they're together. They flirt a little bit and Cena tells her she left something behind last night and gives her a pair of panties. Mickie blushes and looks embarrassed as she walks off. Cena takes a sip of JBL's Mamajuana potency drink and looks on.

John Cena is backstage talking with a doctor when Mickie comes into the room they have a small exchange before Cena asks the doctor if he can have some private time and the doctor leaves. Mickie and Cena talk a little bit, its a little awkward when suddenly the door behind them opens and Mike Adamle comes out of the bathroom in which Mickie and John chock on the terrible smell. Cena asks Adamle about how he should be announcing and Adamle kind of blows it off then talk about how perfect a couple Cena and Mickie are. Mickie is quick to mention that they are not a couple and Adamle blows that off inviting them to meet up with him and his buddy Gemini at a party in Tijuana in which they politely decline, Adamle gives Cena 'MamaJuana' JBL's product and says to Cena "Its not becuase you need it...its because you want it!" which creeps Cena out a little bit. Adamle leaves and Cena asks Mickie if she's heard of the rear naked choke which Mickie mentions a head scissors....

We go backstage with Vince McMahon and Mickie James. She suggests schools around the country should send in tapes on why they love WWE with the winners hanging out with the Superstars. JBL walks up and Vince asks him for his ideas. JBL says she is suggesting that the Divas would be servicing strangers, kind of like an escort service. Another Ashley Massaro scandal joke. JBL suggests cutting the ringside mat from One Night Stand and give it away to the fans, especially the part with John Cena's blood. JBL tells Mickie he is going to hurt her boyfriend. She says Cena isn't her boyfriend. JBL says it may not be blood, but Mickie has definitely been exchanging body fluids.

Backstage - Katie Lea is with Mickie James and Katie says that when she wins the Women’s Title, she will bring more class. Katie says that Mickie is sleeping her way to the top. Mickie says that she was out with John, her brother, and his girlfriend. Mickie says that John was a gentleman. Katie says that if Cena went out with her and her brother, they would be having more than just fun. Katie says that she knows what is going on.

Backstage, the WWE Women's Champion Mickie James is with Todd Grisham. Mickie says she is confident about her match tonight. Grisham asks her how her night out with Cena was last week and she says "It went....alright". JBL walks up and tells her to leave, and she obliges..

Beth comes out, followed by Melina and Mickie shortly after after all three girls are out they announce them one by one. The match starts and Beth Phoenix leans on the ropes and tells Melina to get out of her ring several times before Melina Finally runs and hits Beth sending her to the outside. Mickie takes this opportunity to quickly pull Melina into a roll up for a close three with Melina barely kicking out. Mickie quickly runs to the ropes as Beth pulls them down sending Mickie to the outside while Beth makes her way back in. Melina and beth go at it until Mickie gets back into the game and breaks Beth's submission hold on Melina with a roll-up on Beth. Mickie gets on the back of Beth Phoenix, taking her down the mat in what appears to be a modified sleeper hold. Melina pulls Mickie off of Beth. Beth gets knocked silly and Melina goes to work on Mickie. It doesn't take long for Mickie to counter. She goes to the top but Melina knocks her off. Good crowd reaction. Melina sets Mickie up on the top but Beth puts her on her own shoulder. She hits the electric chair. Mickie goes off the top and hits a cross-body into a pin onto Beth for a two count. Mickie nails a huge dropkick on The Glamazon. Melina goes to work on Mickie in the corner. Back to her feet, Beth comes over and gets BOTH Mickie and Melina on her back. Beth hits a double back breaker on both of them. Amazing strength. Beth ends back up in the background and Mickie is able to hit her finisher on Melina for the three count and the win to retain her belt!

Melina vs Mickie vs Beth - Womans Championship

As first learned in a Joey Styles Exclusive video on WWE.com, Women’s Champion Mickie James will defend her title against both Beth Phoenix and Melina in a Triple Threat Match at Judgment Day. Melina and The Glamazon have been after Mickie’s title since she earned it when she pinned Beth on Raw. Neither one has found a way to stop the Women’s Champion, though. In fact, their common desire to hold the Divas’ top prize has caused a lack of success on their part.

One week prior to the night the match was made, Melina allegedly accidentally hit Beth with a boot. Tensions between the two Divas only escalated afterward, as The Glamazon abandoned Melina when they teamed up to take on Mickie & Maria on Raw. The ensuing confrontation in the locker room led to an all-out brawl that required three people to break it up.Beth and Melina have not been able to work together toward a common goal, to date. It’s clear that it's every Diva for herself when Mickie aims to continue her recent run of success and retain her gold at Judgment Day.

RAW Results 12.05.08

In the beggining of the show, William Regal comes out and has Lilian Garcia sing Save The Queen. Then the crowd was chanting "Regal Sucks!" and he says he's going to make a point and throw someone out of the arena if they don't stop, they didn't. He choses Mickie's brother and his girlfriend to throw out. Mickie rans down, in her wrestling attire, and begs him not to throw them out. Regal said he didnt care and started walking back into the ring, with Mickie surely following. She begged him some more, he threatened to throw HER out and she didnt move. After that she kept asking for him to let them back in, he threatened to strip her of the Women's Championship and Mickie begged him not to. John Cena's music hits the arena. Cena got into the ring [after picking up a mic off the stairs] and escorted Mickie to the ropes, meaning for her to leave. Mickie did so and went backstage.

Backstage, we see John Cena making a coffe and Mickie comes up to him. She thanks him and she said her brother, his girlfriend and her were going to go out to get some drinks after the show. Mickie invited him, he acted like he didnt want to go by saying he had to stay focused on his match. Mickie asked him if he was joking and he said "of course!". Mickie made sure he promised to be there and then said she had a match so she had to go. It cut to Beth and Melina and said their match was next.

 Coming back from commercial, it was playing a re-cap of last week. Melina entered, then Beth, Maria and then Mickie herself. Maria started the match with a gut-buster to Melina. Mickie was tagged into the match. Melina was thrown into Beth and she didnt look happy about it. Beth walked off as Mickie did a neckbreaker on Melina and got the 3 count.

To mark the occasion, five Divas will offer WWE.com readers advice on health and wellness each day this week through Friday.

Monday, May 12: Women’s Champion Mickie James kicks it off on National Women’s Check-Up Day (May 12) with her advice

First, you have to love yourself because if you don’t, then how do you expect anyone else to love you?

Second, I would say for everyone, it’s important to be healthy. I’m big on going green right now, so try to recycle and be as environmentally friendly as possible.

I think that exercise is amazing for anyone and everyone. And people make a lot of excuses not to, like, “Oh, I don’t have time.” Well, you have to make time. I don’t often have the time, but I make it.

Even if you don’t want to go to the gym, just go for a run around your block or take your dog for a walk. Just go outside. Outdoors is the best environment to exercise in because the air is fresh and clean, and you can run around. I go to the gym sometimes and do an hour of cardio, and I break a sweat, but it’s not the same as if I run outside. I run outside for ten minutes and I’m dripping sweat. It’s totally different for your body and you can embrace this beautiful earth at the same time.

After WWE guaranted Torrie a promotional contract, I guess they changed their minds. Today Torrie got fired for unknown reasons. We understand Torrie was in-active WWE, but she wanted to still be working within the company. WWE what have you done?

Tonight on Raw Mickie faced Beth in a Diva Lumber Jill match for the woman’s title. The ring was already surrounded by the divas when the match was announced by Lillian. Ashley and Maria covered one side of the ring while the other divas were scattered around the other sides. In the middle of the match Jillian grabbed Mickie's leg to trip her. Suddenly all the divas started to attack each other. Ashley fought with Layla, Jillian and Natalya mostly, and then a commercial break took place. Towards the end of the match Beth was thrown out of the ring to where Ashley and Maria were. They went to throw her back in the ring but Beth pushed Ashley to the floor and drug Maria in the ring by the hair. Melina was about to hit Mickie on the head with her shoe but Mickie ducked and she ended up hitting Beth. Mickie then rolled up Beth for the three count. Mickie, Ashley and the other face divas walked up the ramp together celebrating.

DIVAS TAKE ON DANITY KANE
Following the success of DAMAGED from the NO.1 smash-hit album WELCOME TO THE DOLLHOUSE, Diddy's dark angels DANITY KANE will film the video for the second single BAD GIRL next month in Los Angeles. In the video Aubrey, Aundrey, D. Woods, Dawn and Shannon will take on the divas of WWE Wrestling; Kelly, Layla, Maria, Melina and Mickie. Which 'bad girls' will win the fight? The video will be directed by Melina (Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo) and debut this summer!

Things started off with Kelly and Beth, who attacked Kelly from behind after a pre-match scuffle. Not quite Garnett vs. Pachulia, but it'll do. Victoria took a tag, then Kelly snapped off a head scissors, but the heel divas cut her off and went back to work. Kelly then blocked a handspring elbow from Jillian and tagged out to Mickie, who rolled up Jillian with a bridge pin for the win.
WINNERS: Team Mickie in 4:00.

Backlash also saw The Glamazon get the win in the 12-Diva Tag-Team Match by pinning Ashley. Was this just a message to Michelle McCool and Women’s Champion Mickie James? Will Beth Phoenix be aiming to get revenge on McCool for her slap last Monday, or will she focus on regaining the WWE Women’s Championship?

We’ll see the answer to all these questions and more when Monday Night Raw airs live at 9/8 CT on USA Network.

Michelle started things off against Beth. Lawler plugged Michelle being the number search item on Yahoo yesterday, ahead of the NFL Draft. Someone got information off the Torch News Ticker. Mickie entered the ring and avoided Victoria's shimmy moonsault and nailed an enziguiri kick. Suddenly, the whole deal broke down when Cherry ran over to the heel corner and attacked Natalya. Order was momentarily restored, then Ashley and Jillian took tags. I have no idea what's going on with Ashley's outfit. The heels then took turns working over Ashley in their corner. Mickie came into the ring without a tag, then women randomly entered the ring illegally. It wasn't even a break down, just one diva giving a move, then another diva getting a move, then another diva getting a move, then another diva getting a move. Just completely random. And it came back down to Beth and Ashley, who were legal. Beth with the big fisherman buster suplex on Ashley for the pin and the win.
WINNERS: Team Beth in 7:00

Tonight on RAW, Mickie got some mic time and celebrated her title victory with all the face Divas. The ceremony was soon interrupted by Beth Phoenix who brought down a pack of Diva heels with her. Beth tells Mickie that she just got lucky with the win and she didn't really lose the match. Michelle McCool for some odd reason steps in and slaps Beth in the face. This than lead to hell breaking loose with the faces throwing all the heels out of the squared circle.

Hey, just because a guy is on a diet, it doesn’t mean he can’t look at the menu!

Shawn Michaels came “this close” to unhinging Chris Jericho’s jaw Monday night in one of the most entertaining starts to Monday Night Raw in a while.

At least it was entertaining to us fans, although Y2J might not have been enamored with it. Nonetheless, the momentum continues to build for the pending HBK-Batista showdown at Backlash, which has many folks talking. As a fan, I would love to know where Ric Flair stands on this issue, as it is the “Naitch” who is smack-dab in the middle of this controversy between two of WWE’s most popular Superstars.

It is nice to see some TV time invested in the Raw tag team scene that is highlighted now with Carlito and Santino being the new No. 1 contenders to Hardcore Holly and Cody Rhodes’ tag titles. It wouldn’t surprise me to see new champs crowned in the near future as it doesn’t feel like the World Tag Team Champions are on any kind of a roll these days.

Tragedy might be the No. 1 contenders’ winning the tag titles and then Santino getting laryngitis. But perhaps success would beget better haircuts for the duo whose team chemistry is built around the fact that each of their names ends in a vowel.

Speaking of tag team wrestling, it has been brought to my attention that former tag team great with the Midnight Express, Beautiful Bobby Eaton, has been hospitalized in rough shape, suffering from a heart ailment. Here’s hoping the Huntsville, Ala., native “kicks out” of this predicament sooner than later. Eaton was, by far, one of the very best tag team wrestlers I ever saw in my entire career.

Was JTG somewhat lucky in defeating Trevor Murdoch Monday night? “Yeah … Yeah.” However, Lance Cade did not appear to be pleased and as we reported here a week or so ago, there seems to be “trouble in the trailer park” between the former three-time tag champs, Cade & Murdoch.

I would have enjoyed watching William Regal wrestle Randy Orton even longer Monday night, but Orton ended that wrestling experience with his sudden RKO out of nowhere. Orton is lucky to have walked out of London after being aggressively suplexed on his head by Regal during the non-title contest. Also, most GMs would have made their own match with the WWE Champion for the title, but not Regal which – in hindsight – seems to have been the honorable thing to do. Cheers, William … he of the handsome head of hair.

It was good actually seeing the Intercontinental Title being defended on Raw Monday night. It’s one of those out-of-sight, out-of-mind deals. The Jericho-Umaga bout was physical and Jericho had to be extremely resourceful in retaining his championship in a somewhat surprising outcome, considering Y2J had been the recipient of Sweet Chin Music earlier in the evening.

Brit Paul Burchill made a surprise appearance on Raw Monday night, and was particularly aggressive in defeating veteran Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Burchill is lucky to have crossed paths with the Jim Duggan of 2008 and not the Jim Duggan of 20 years ago – who was one of the game’s best brawlers and ranks up there with Bruiser Brody and Mick Foley as “Brawlers of Note” (notwithstanding the Brooklyn Brawler a.k.a. Steve Lombardi and his erstwhile sidekick, Harvey “Don’t call me Bruno Lauer” Whippleman who, for the record, was a former WWE Women’s Champion). Please don’t ask me to explain. I seem to have lost my train of thought.

JBL must have had an extra shot of his Mamajuana Energy Drink Monday night, as the tough talking Texan emerged as the “King of the Mountain,” so to speak, after leaving Triple H and Randy Orton laying in a heap as Raw drew to a close. John Cena wasn’t in London, but I expect to see Cena Monday night in Greenville, S.C., for the big super-sized, three-hour Monday Night Raw that starts at 8/7 CT on USA Network. Yours truly will be adequately BBQ-sauced prior to this event which should be an excellent broadcast with plenty of surprises.

As Raw reached its crescendo Monday night, JBL’s actions certainly illustrated that it will be every man for himself in the Fatal Four Way WWE Title bout at Backlash in Baltimore where yours truly plans on assaulting some crab cakes the night before the big extravaganza. Hey, a man’s got to eat, brother!

If Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton’s advisers are really bright, they will make sure that their presidential candidates have a presence, even if it is taped or via satellite, on Monday’s Raw. Most politicians are considered by many “regular Americans” to be elitists and by coming on Monday Night Raw, both candidates would at least appear to be regular people.

My best wishes and a hearty “Boomer Sooner” to Joey Styles as he begins a new phase of his journey in the biz by joining the staff at WWE.com, where I know Joe will contribute mightily. This Web site is lucky to get a talented individual like Joey Styles on the team, even though Joey’s many fans, of which I am one, will miss Joey’s broadcasting of ECW.

While she might buy her dog, Butch, a Dallas Cowboys jersey or a T-shirt or two, Mickie James won’t be the first in line either to buy him dog shoes.

“I don’t know if you’ve ever seen shoes on dogs before, but they look quite ridiculous, and they even walk funny in them. For example, Torrie Wilson bought Chloe a pair of cute little shoes and you would have thought she had alien feet. She was all over the place!” the Women's Champion said. On the other hand, Mickie outfits her prized horses with shoes.

“But that’s different, metal shoes are made to go on horses’ feet. There’s a need for them because their hooves crack; it’s like fingernails, so there’s a need for it,” she said.

WWE has released a cute new photo of Mickie after winning on Monday. Mickie looks lovely!

Mickie made an appearance on last night's episode of Celebrity Fit Club Boot Camp. She and some other Divas worked out with the contestants.

Tonight on RAW, Mickie went against Beth Phoenix for the Women's Title. The match begins with two locking up but Beth overpowers Mickie and tosses her to the mat. Beth basically has control over her through most of the contest but Mickie began to gain momentum when she tossed Beth into the ring post. She attempted to execute a DDT but it was countered by Phoenix. Beth gets in her the chickenwing submission and amazingly Mickie quickly counters the submission and rolls Beth up for the three count to gain the Women's title.

After the commerical break we see Ashley and Maria join Mickie who is than interviewed by Todd who she later kisses.

Congrats to Mickie! We can now officially call her our Women's Champion!
